"Linda, my kitchen is beautiful! Your choices are phenomenal, outstanding, better than I could have imagined, as usual."

-- Maria A.

I assisted the clients with all of their selections in this kitchen renovation. Since she loved aqua, we used that as the main fabric on the treatments and window seat in their new bay window.

Kitchen and Dining Decorating

The feel of this kitchen is elegance with a transitional style. The cornice fabric is textured with a tiny stripe in the cocoa tone that matches the wall color.

As this is the first view from the entry foyer, it provides a beautiful backdrop to the chandelier and table, without being distracting. The sheer encased vertical vanes can be closed for privacy or open to the park-like backyard.

This kitchen/family room combination is a calming area for the family with two small active boys. The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore "Moccasin", and the kitchen has a faux finish with "Brunswick Beige" feathered over.

The floral fabric on the kitchen valance creates the interest surrounded by cream linen and a rust flap. This is contrasted by the wood tone of the table and chairs. The linen box pleat valances are contrast lined by the same rust fabric and trimmed with rust buttons.
